A Bit About Me
I have more than 10 years of clinical experience in the social service and hospital settings, providing support to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families that face mental health challenges, such as grief and bereavement for death and non-death losses, low mood and anxiety, trauma, and relationship difficulties. I adopt a variety of modalities in my work such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Somatic and Expressive Therapies.
I have developed and conducted psycho-education talks, support groups, and training in the areas of parenting, relationship, grief, loss and bereavement. I have also led and supervised interdisciplinary team comprising social workers and counsellors. Believing that everyone has inner resources to cope with life challenges, I am passionate in helping people find their strengths, navigate through change and uncertainty and live a fulfilling life.
