A Bit About Me
My clinical practice is psychodynamic-oriented and attachment-based, most importantly, it is centred around compassion and each client's unique needs. I provide grief counselling and art therapy that are evidence-based and experiential to support the healing of individuals experiencing grief and loss, as well as mental health struggle.
I had the privilege to serve a diverse population, including children, young adults, and seniors experiencing grief and trauma from death-related losses due to illness, suicide, accidents, homicide and natural death. My passion in sharing clinical applications of art therapy and its immense healing power has provided me the opportunity to present and speak at various mental health, grief and bereavement conferences.
Quote I Live By
"Art can permeate the very deepest part of us, where no words exist." Eileen Miller
