A Bit About Me

I am a mental health professional with a unique combination of training in Social Work, Family Therapy and Play Therapy. This allows me to utilise a holistic approach in supporting individuals and families in coping better with the challenges they face. To meet the diverse needs of clients, I adopt a variety of approaches in therapy sessions, including Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Systemic Psychotherapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Play Therapy and Family Therapy.

With more than 10 years of experience as a medical social worker and supervisor, I have worked extensively in supporting children, young adults and elderly who are impacted by mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, grief and bereavement.
